Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Sable Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
