Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Yarrow Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
