Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
