Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Forge Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
