Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Vista Property Management Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
