Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
