Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Telecom Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
