Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
