Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in New Orleans caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
