Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Silverline Stone Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
