Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
