Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
