Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Glen Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Toledo focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
