Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Birmingham, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
