Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
