Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
