Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Glen Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
