Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across San Antonio. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
