Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Nashville region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
