Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
