Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is a Jackson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
