Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen River Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
