Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Keystone Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
