Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
