Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Nest Financial Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
