Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Albuquerque, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
