Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
