Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
