Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
