Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Linden Facilities looks after properties across the New Orleans region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
