Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
