Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
