Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
