Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
