Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Fern Freight Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
