Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
