Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
