Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
