Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
