Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
