Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
