Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
