Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Hartford area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 224 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
