Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge North Property Management is a Sacramento property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
