Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Forge Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
