Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
