Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Detroit supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
