Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Milwaukee supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
