Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
