Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Raleigh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
